DOA

All corals are guaranteed to arrive to the customer alive. In order to open a DOA claim, the vendor must be emailed along with an accompanying picture of the specimen within two hours of delivery. If customer is not home to receive package, guarantee may be voided. Specimen must not be removed from original frag plug and not subjected to any harsh dips, otherwise the guarantee may be voided. If claim is valid, buyer will be issued credit for the amount of the purchase, excluding the cost of shipping.

All Sales are Final

Once shopping a cart has been checked out and confirmation of the order is sent, all sales are final.

Refusal of Service

Homegrown Coral Reef reserves the right to deny anyone service.
